In his new role at HR Anexi, Ram is expected to play a key role in driving leadership development initiatives, expanding footprint, adding new verticals, scaling up the business, strengthening learning and OD frameworks, and aligning human capital strategies with evolving business needs. His appointment reflects HR Anexi’s commitment to building strong, future-ready people practices for organisations across sectors.
Post his role as Chief Executive Officer at U2L Academy, Ram took up business consulting with family-run businesses in India as a shift from his core professional role throughout his long career span of 24+ years, bringing hands-on leadership insights to growing enterprises.
Earlier in his career, Ram served as COO at Future Group India, where he was involved in large-scale operations and people-led transformation. His experience further includes leadership roles at Cafe Coffee Day as Head – Brew Master & Café Operations (Training), Landmark Group as Head – Territory (India), and LesConcierges Services Pvt. Ltd. as Head – Training & Development, highlighting his strong grounding in retail, hospitality, and service-led organisations.
Additionally, Ram has held senior roles such as Regional Head at Kotak Mahindra Old Mutual Life Insurance and Senior Trainer at Mphasis, adding depth to his cross-industry exposure in BFSI, IT, and corporate training.
