With over 12 years of hands-on industry experience and a Business Administration degree from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) Navi Mumbai, he has played a pivotal role in strengthening OM Galaxy Limitedโs operational backbone while accelerating growth across its core precision mould manufacturing business, particularly in high-precision injection moulds for the pipe fitting industry.
He currently oversees two of OM Galaxyโs five manufacturing plants, bringing deep expertise in Production, Planning & Control (PPC) and ensuring strong alignment across capacity planning, inventory management, delivery timelines, and business objectives. Under his leadership, the units he manages have delivered measurable improvements in productivity, safety, turnaround time, and operational predictability. Beyond manufacturing, Gagandeep is spearheading the strategic vision and go-to-market execution for WONDRA by Om Galaxy Limited, OM Galaxy Limitedโs newest home cleaning tools solution brand, blending manufacturing excellence with market-driven innovation.
