Anil Sethi has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Iris Global Services, marking a significant milestone in his distinguished leadership journey across global technology, enterprise sales, and partner ecosystems. Based in India, his appointment reflects Iris Global Services’ strategic focus on accelerating growth, strengthening market leadership, and scaling its end-to-end technology and services portfolio.
In his new role at Iris Global Services, Anil will lead the company’s overall vision and business strategy, with a strong emphasis on execution excellence, market expansion, strategic alliances, and deepening customer engagement. He will play a critical role in steering Iris Global Services through evolving digital and infrastructure demands while strengthening its presence across key markets.
Anil brings with him more than three decades of experience in the IT industry. Prior to joining Iris Global Services, he spent 12 successful years at Dell Technologies, where he most recently served as Vice President & General Manager for Dell’s Enterprise business. During his tenure at Dell Technologies, Anil held multiple leadership roles across the Channels and Infrastructure Business Groups, driving partner-led growth and delivering strong customer outcomes.
Before Dell Technologies, Anil held senior leadership positions at leading global organizations including Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Microsoft, and IBM. Across these roles, he managed enterprise infrastructure, cloud sales, and OEM partnerships across ASEAN and South Asia, building strong partner ecosystems and expanding market reach. His appointment reinforces Iris Global Services’ commitment to experienced leadership and long-term, customer-centric growth.
