Dharmesh Tanna is a founding member of the Distribution Sales Channel at DocOnline Health India Pvt. Ltd., having been the first recruit in the vertical. From the very beginning, he has played a pivotal role in conceptualizing, building, and expanding the distribution sales framework from the ground up. His leadership has been instrumental in shaping the channel’s structure, partner engagement strategy, and long-term growth roadmap.
Over the years, Dharmesh Tanna has consistently driven sustained and scalable growth across the distribution business at DocOnline. His deep involvement in designing, strengthening, and scaling Distribution Operations processes has enabled the organization to build a robust and efficient operational backbone. This hands-on experience from inception has given him strong command over both the strategic and executional aspects of distribution operations.
In his expanded role, Dharmesh Tanna has now been entrusted with the additional responsibility of heading the Distribution Operations team, further consolidating sales and operations under unified leadership. His appointment is expected to enhance operational efficiency, strengthen channel performance, and support DocOnline Health India Pvt. Ltd.’s broader growth objectives.
Prior to joining DocOnline, Dharmesh Tanna gained valuable experience across leading organizations including vHealth by Aetna, HDFC Life, Aviva India, Kotak Securities, and ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited.
