Subodha Kumar Sarangi has been appointed as Head – Human Resources at Meinhardt EPCM (India) Private Limited and based in Bengaluru, Subodha will spearhead the organisation’s people strategy, HR transformation, and administrative functions, supporting Meinhardt EPCM’s growth trajectory in India.
With more than 23 years of cross-industry experience spanning Manufacturing, Mining, Hydropower, and EPCM sectors, Subodha brings deep expertise across recruitment, talent management, compensation and benefits, payroll, statutory compliance, policy development, and performance management systems.
In his new role, Subodha will lead the evolution of HR from a transactional function to a strategic enabler, with a strong focus on HR digitalisation, workforce planning, capability development, and employee engagement. He will also play a critical role in strengthening HR shared services, enhancing organisational culture, and embedding technology-driven HR practices to improve efficiency, transparency, and scalability.
Prior to joining Meinhardt EPCM, Subodha held HR leadership role at Jyoti Plastic Works, and mid-level leaderships at Gulf Oil Lubricants, KSK Dibbin Hydro Power, Taurian Iron & Steel, and worked as a HR Business Partnering role with Nunhems India before. Through these roles, he has led plant and corporate HR operations, industrial relations, administration, CSR, and HR business partnering for large, multi-site workforces.
