Algoleap welcomes Sudha Raju Sharma who joins as Strategic Advisor, strengthening the company’s leadership as it continues to scale its enterprise technology and AI capabilities. Sudha is a distinguished global technology leader with extensive experience in enterprise platforms, digital workplace transformation, and AI-led initiatives across complex global organizations. Her career reflects a strong track record of driving technology transformation and leading large-scale enterprise technology ecosystems. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President and Global Head of Corporate and Employee Technology Services at Thomson Reuters, where she led global technology services supporting internal corporate functions including finance, HR, legal, sourcing, and risk. She also played a key role in shaping internal AI strategy and building scalable employee digital workplace platforms. Prior to Thomson Reuters, Sudha held senior leadership roles at Kaiser Permanente, where she led workplace technology transformation across the enterprise, overseeing endpoint engineering, collaboration platforms, network infrastructure, and telephony systems supporting a large global workforce. Earlier in her career, she worked with Visa Inc., contributing to financial systems strategy and enterprise technology transformation initiatives. At Algoleap, Sudha will collaborate closely with the leadership team to help shape the company’s enterprise strategy for its next phase of growth while supporting the development of advisory capabilities in enterprise applications and AI. Her strategic perspective and deep technology expertise will further strengthen Algoleap’s ability to deliver scalable digital and AI solutions across multiple industry sectors.
