Mithun Shetty has embarked on a new entrepreneurial journey as Co-Founder & Managing Partner of Woven, a venture focused on redefining talent, workforce strategy, and advisory solutions. Based in Mumbai, Mithun brings over a decade of experience in strategic talent solutions, project leadership, and knowledge services, and will play a key role in building and scaling the firm’s next phase of growth.
Prior to founding Woven, Mithun spent nearly 12 years with AMS, where he served as Director. During his tenure, he played a key role in driving strategic thinking and leading complex projects across talent acquisition and workforce transformation mandates. His leadership contributed to strengthening client partnerships and delivering scalable, process-driven recruitment solutions within dynamic business environments.
Earlier in his career, Mithun held roles across leading global organizations. At J.P. Morgan, he worked as a Researcher within the Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) domain, gaining exposure to financial research and analytical services. Before that, he served as Assistant Manager – Knowledge Services at Integreon Managed Solutions, where he spent over five years building expertise in knowledge management and client servicing. His professional journey also includes a stint as Senior Trainer at Williams Lea, further strengthening his capability in training and operational delivery.
Mithun began his career in promotions and event management at Midas Events, developing early foundations in stakeholder engagement and execution excellence. Over time, he evolved into a strategic leader with strengths spanning project management, structured problem-solving, and talent advisory.
With the launch of Woven, Mithun Shetty brings together years of cross-functional experience across KPO, financial research, and global talent solutions. His entrepreneurial step signals a focused intent to build a people-centric, strategy-led platform designed to help organizations navigate the future of work with agility and impact.
