Daftari has been associated with Aeka Advisors for over four years, most recently serving as FDD Lead, where he played a pivotal role in building and scaling the firm’s due diligence practice. He has been instrumental in leading complex transactions, delivering high-quality insights, and advising clients on critical investment decisions in a dynamic business environment.
Prior to joining Aeka Advisors, he spent over seven years at PwC, where he progressed to the role of Associate Director. During his tenure, he gained extensive experience in transaction advisory, financial due diligence, and deal structuring, working with a wide range of clients across industries.
Earlier in his career, Daftari worked with KPMG as a Senior Associate, where he developed strong foundational expertise in audit, financial analysis, and advisory services. His cumulative experience across leading global consulting firms has equipped him with a deep understanding of financial transactions and risk assessment.
