He also brings valuable consulting experience from Ernst & Young, where he worked as a Senior Consultant – Human Capital, advising organizations on strategic HR initiatives and organizational effectiveness.
Earlier in his career, Shyam Pai served as Managing Consultant at the Performance Factory, where he contributed to performance enhancement and leadership development initiatives. His professional journey also includes roles at Aditya Birla Retail Limited, Aviva Global Services, and Syndicate Bank, where he built a strong foundation in operations, banking & insurance, and people management.
