SPR India is pleased to announce the appointment of Gokulakrishnan M. as Head – Finance & Commercial, reinforcing its leadership team as the company continues to scale its operations and strengthen its financial foundation.
In this role, Gokulakrishnan will lead the finance function across the group, overseeing controllership, FP&A, treasury, fundraising, and cash flow management. He will also play a key role in driving digital transformation through automation, data-driven dashboards, and streamlined financial processes, aligned with SPR India’s focus on operational excellence and sustainable growth.
With over 15 years of experience across manufacturing and industrial sectors, Gokulakrishnan brings deep expertise in financial strategy, governance, and performance management. His ability to align finance with business objectives has consistently enabled organizations to improve profitability, enhance cash flow efficiency, and strengthen decision-making frameworks.
Prior to joining SPR India, he served as Financial Controller at ZF Group, where he led accounting, material management, project controlling, and service divisions for India operations. He also held the role of Head of Finance & Company Secretary at WIL Car Wheels Ltd (TVS Group), managing finance operations across multiple plants and working closely with promoters on strategic financial planning.
Earlier in his career, he held key roles at HMFCL-Mitsubishi India and Honeywell, and began his professional journey with SPIC and Padmanabhan Ramani & Ramanujam, building a strong foundation in accounting, audits, and compliance.
This strategic appointment underscores SPR India’s commitment to strengthening its financial capabilities, driving efficiency, and supporting long-term growth.
