Vijay Arora has been appointed as President – Sales (Upcountry) at Signature Global, marking a key leadership addition as the company continues to strengthen its position in India’s competitive real estate market. In this role, he will be responsible for driving sales strategy, accelerating revenue growth, and expanding the company’s reach across India.
Bringing over two decades of experience in real estate sales and marketing, Vijay has built a strong reputation for leading large-scale projects, driving high-value transactions, and building high-performing sales organizations. His expertise spans integrated sales strategy, customer acquisition, channel partnerships, and revenue optimization across diverse real estate segments.
Prior to joining Signature Global, Vijay served as Head of Sales at M3M India Private Limited, where he played a critical role in scaling sales performance and strengthening the company’s footprint in Tier-2 real estate markets. His ability to drive consistent growth and manage complex sales ecosystems has been a defining aspect of his leadership journey.
Earlier, he held senior leadership roles at TDI Infracorp Ltd., including President – Sales and Marketing, where he led large-scale residential and commercial developments and drove sustained business growth. He also brings experience from organizations such as Jindal Steel & Power Ltd., where he led international markets such as Australia and the Middle East, and Berggruen Holdings. Along with entrepreneurial exposure, this gives him a well-rounded perspective across real estate, investments, and fund management.
Vijay’s appointment comes at a time when Signature Global is focused on scaling its growth trajectory and strengthening its leadership in the luxury housing segment. With his extensive industry experience and proven track record in sales leadership, he is expected to play a pivotal role in driving the company’s next phase of expansion and delivering sustained value to customers and stakeholders.
