Anil Jadhav has been appointed as Executive Director at Wells Fargo, marking a significant milestone in his nearly two-decade-long career in enterprise data and cloud transformation. In this role, he will lead large-scale data modernization initiatives, driving innovation through next-generation technologies including GenAI and agentic architectures.
With over 20 years of experience across leading organizations such as HSBC, Cisco, and Tech Mahindra, Anil brings deep expertise in enterprise cloud architecture, data engineering, and large-scale program delivery. He is currently directing a multi-million-dollar data modernization program, focused on automating complex legacy migrations and enabling scalable, future-ready data ecosystems.
Prior to this appointment, Anil served as Senior Principal Solution Architect at Tech Mahindra, where he played a key role in expanding enterprise cloud adoption across hyperscaler platforms including Google Cloud, Azure, AWS, Snowflake, and Databricks. His work involved driving strategic transformation initiatives and championing the adoption of AI-powered solutions for enterprise clients.
Earlier, as Lead Data Architect at Cisco, he led cross-functional teams to design and implement enterprise cloud strategies, enabling seamless integration and optimized performance across global systems. His long tenure at HSBC further strengthened his expertise in data strategy, enterprise architecture, and regulatory-aligned technology transformation.
