Manoj Tumkur Venkatachala has been appointed as Chief Product Officer at Blueneem Medical Devices, marking a significant milestone in his two-decade-long journey in the healthcare sector. In this leadership role, he is overseeing Supply Chain, Product Management, and Product Marketing, bringing his deep operational expertise into building innovative, user-centric medical devices. With a strong belief that the best products are shaped by understanding real-world healthcare challenges, he aims to leverage his extensive hospital experience to drive the next generation of medical innovation.
Prior to this appointment, Manoj Tumkur Venkatachala served as Director – Operations and Procurement at TMR Globe, where he managed critical operational and procurement functions. Before that, he spent over a decade at SPARSH Hospital, Bengaluru, holding key roles including Group Head – Procurement/Operation –
Biomedical Engineering and Chief Biomedical Engineer, where he led large-scale biomedical operations and procurement strategies across the group.
Earlier in his career, he worked as Sr. Biomedical Engineer at Rangadore Memorial Hospital, contributing to the management and advancement of biomedical systems. He also gained experience at TBS India Telematics as a Biomedical Engineer, further strengthening his technical foundation in medical equipment and systems.
He began his professional journey as a Biomedical Engineer at M S Ramaiah Memorial Hospital, where he was responsible for maintaining life-saving equipment in line with NABH standards and adapting to evolving medical technologies. Additionally, he served as a Lecturer at Mantech Computers, where he taught fundamentals of computer science including MS Office, C, and C++ programming, building a strong base in both technical and educational domains.
