Bhupendra Jha has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer at Intelligent Community Management Private Limited (ICM), where he is leading the organization’s next phase of capability-led growth and transformation. At a pivotal stage in ICM’s journey, he is focused on strengthening service delivery, expanding market presence, and driving long-term, sustainable growth. Under his leadership, ICM continues to enhance its technology-driven integrated workplace management solutions across corporate, industrial, and campus ecosystems, while also scaling its food services vertical, Nibble, as a full-stack corporate dining solution.
Prior to this, he was associated with SmartQ, where he served as Chief Business Officer and earlier as Chief Sales Officer, driving growth across India and international markets while managing P&L and scaling business operations. He also worked with HungerBox as Business Head for Delhi-NCR, leading regional growth with full P&L ownership. Earlier, he co-founded and served as CEO of FoodeeBro, building a profitable food-tech model and delivering large-scale corporate dining solutions to marquee clients.
His career also includes leadership roles at HSBC Commercial Banking as Vice President – International Relationship Manager, and at Citibank India in commercial lending, where he managed cross-border corporate portfolios and complex financial solutions. He began his banking journey with ICICI Bank as Relationship Manager – Corporate Clients, handling large portfolios and structured financial products across sectors.
Earlier in his career, he was associated with IBM Global Services as an Application Developer, building a strong foundation in technology. He is also an alumnus of Indian Institute of Management Indore. With over 17 years of diverse experience across technology, banking, and food-tech sectors, Bhupendra Jha brings a unique blend of strategic leadership, operational excellence, and customer-centric thinking to drive ICM’s continued growth and innovation.
