Monsy Mathew has been appointed as Group Head – Marketing & Brand Communications at CTSI Group, overseeing the strategic marketing and brand communications function for American Oncology Institute, Citizens Specialty Hospital, and Ampath Labs. In this leadership role, he will drive integrated marketing, digital transformation, CRM integration, patient engagement strategies, brand growth, GTM
planning, and customer experience initiatives across the healthcare portfolio under Cancer Treatment Services International (CTSI), a wholly owned subsidiary of Varian Medical Systems Inc., a Siemens Healthineers company. His appointment reflects CTSI Group’s focus on building future-ready healthcare brands powered by innovation, analytics, AI, automation, and patient-centric growth strategies.
Prior to joining CTSI Group, Monsy Mathew served at Aster Oman, where he progressed from Head – Marketing & Brand Communications to Assistant General Manager – Marketing & Brand Communication. During his tenure, he led strategic healthcare marketing initiatives across hospitals and clinics, strengthened digital health ecosystems, implemented customer engagement frameworks, enhanced CRM-led communication strategies, and drove specialty healthcare branding and EBIDTA-focused growth initiatives across multiple healthcare verticals. He also played a key role in developing integrated patient engagement platforms, strategic healthcare partnerships, and omnichannel communication ecosystems.
Earlier, Monsy held leadership roles at Apollo Fertility (AHLL), Milann – An HCG Company, Motherhood, and Snap Fitness 24/7, where he successfully led digital marketing transformation, CRM integration, loyalty programs, customer acquisition strategies, healthcare branding, and integrated growth campaigns across India. His expertise spans fertility care, women & child healthcare, diagnostics, wellness, and tertiary care marketing, with a strong emphasis on technology-enabled marketing ecosystems, patient lifecycle management, data-driven decision-making, and performance-led brand building.
