Bhavesh Ray Appointed as Managing Director at Sefar India Private Limited

Bhavesh Ray has been appointed as Managing Director at Sefar India Private Limited, where he will lead the company’s business operations across India and the Greater India region, including Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bangladesh and Bhutan. In this leadership role, he will focus on strengthening the Process Filtration segment, driving strategic growth and enhancing customer value across the minerals processing ecosystem.

A seasoned business leader with nearly two decades of experience in the mineral processing industry, Bhavesh brings deep expertise in operational excellence, business strategy and team leadership across sectors such as mining, cement, fertilizer and power. His career reflects a strong track record of driving business growth and delivering customer-focused industrial solutions.

Prior to joining Sefar India Private Limited, he was associated with Metso, where he played a key role in business development, aftermarket service sales, service operations, dealer management and project management. He also gained extensive exposure to sales execution, customer engagement and lifecycle service strategies across the minerals processing domain.

Throughout his career, Bhavesh has consistently driven growth through Life Cycle Service Models, creating long-term value for customers through enhanced operational performance, efficiency and sustainable business outcomes.
