Alok Bajaj has been appointed as Executive Director – Engineering, Transformation & Delivery at Eicore. A seasoned engineering and technology leader, Alok brings over two decades of experience driving large-scale digital transformation initiatives across the Life, Health, and P&C insurance ecosystem.
In his new role, he will lead Eicore’s engineering strategy and delivery execution, with a focus on building AI-native, cloud-first insurance platforms designed for scale, speed, agility, and governance. His expertise spans core platform modernization, API-first ecosystems, enterprise cloud transformation, GenAI-powered underwriting and claims automation, and data-driven operating models that enable insurers to accelerate innovation and improve customer outcomes.
Prior to joining Eicore, Alok held senior leadership positions at Guardian Life, Aditya Birla Health Insurance Company Limited, OneShield Software, and Sun Life Financial, where he led multi-geography engineering teams and large-scale transformation programs across Asia and North America. Known for translating technology vision into measurable business impact, he has consistently driven modernization initiatives that improved operational efficiency, accelerated product delivery, and strengthened digital capabilities across enterprise insurance platforms.
