Since joining Piramal Realty, Amritanshu has been an integral part of the leadership fabric. Progressing steadily through the ranks as Assistant General Manager, Associate Vice President, and Deputy Vice President, he has demonstrated a unique ability to balance technical pricing frameworks with large-scale stakeholder management. He recognized early on that sustainable revenue growth comes from a deep alignment between market demand and product design. By institutionalizing customer feedback loops, he helped the organization move beyond static floor plans toward dynamic living solutions.

Prior to his success in real estate, he held significant roles at Xanadu, where he led strategic expansion into the Gujarat markets, and Practo, where he spearheaded pre-sales transformation and expansion of Practo’s sales across tier 3 cities of India.

His early career—spanning impactful stints at CapitalVia Global Research, JabongWorld.com, and UAE Exchange—equipped him with a deep understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and business intelligence. This cross-sector experience allows him to bring a fresh, tech-enabled perspective to traditional real estate sales cycles.
