With significant years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, operations planning, and pharmaceutical logistics, he brings deep industry expertise and strategic leadership to his new role.
Before joining Shalina Healthcare, Pratyush Kumar served as Vice President – Supply Chain at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, where he played a key role in strengthening supply chain operations and driving efficiency across business functions. During his tenure at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, he also worked as General Manager, contributing to large-scale operational and process management initiatives within the organization.
Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions at Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited as Assistant General Manager and at Eisai Pharmatechnolagy and Manufacturing Pvt Ltd. as Senior Manager. His professional journey also includes valuable experience with Piramal Health Care Ltd as Manager – Supply Chain and Ranbaxy, where he gained strong exposure to pharmaceutical manufacturing, sourcing, planning, and end-to-end supply chain operations.
Over the years, Pratyush Kumar has built a strong reputation for driving operational excellence, optimizing supply chain networks, and leading high-performing teams across reputed pharmaceutical organizations.
