Akash Shinde has joined Saraswat Bank as Assistant Vice President (AVP) – Cluster Business Head, Home Loans for the Bangalore region. With significant experience across the mortgage and housing finance ecosystem, he brings strong expertise in home loan sales, builder and DSA management, transaction structuring, underwriting coordination, and business development.
Prior to joining Saraswat Bank, Akash Shinde worked with reputed financial institutions including ICICI Group, IndusInd Bank, and Bajaj Housing Finance. Throughout his professional journey, he has been associated with driving business growth, strengthening channel partnerships, and managing customer-focused housing finance solutions across multiple markets. His experience across leading banking and financial services organizations has helped him build a deep understanding of the home loans and mortgage landscape.
Akash Shinde further strengthened his professional foundation by completing his MBA from the Institute for Future Education, Entrepreneurship and Leadership (iFEEL), Lonavala. The program enhanced his leadership, strategic thinking, and operational management capabilities, which continue to support his growth in the banking and housing finance sector.
At Saraswat Bank, Akash Shinde will focus on expanding the organization’s Home Loans business across the Bangalore market by strengthening the builder and channel ecosystem, driving customer-centric lending solutions, and building high-performing teams. With Bangalore continuing to emerge as one of India’s fastest-growing real estate and housing finance hubs, his appointment comes at a strategic time for the bank’s growth ambitions in the region.
