Transitioning from uniform to the corporate world, he went on to build a formidable two-decade-long career across leading global Agri and Food/Feed enterprises, including Cargill, COFCO International, Olam International, The HEINEKEN Company and Agrocorp, where he developed deep expertise in global supply chains, commodity trade, and agri/food & feed systems.
In his last role as Sr VP, Supply Chain Head, his proactive and decisive interventions ensured uninterrupted business continuity while safeguarding margins in an exceptionally volatile operating environment, further strengthening his reputation as a steady hand in crisis-led transformation.
Known for his humility as much as his strategic acumen, Major Yadav attributes his journey and evolving leadership philosophy to the guidance of his long list of mentors, starting with Sanjeev Asthana, Sanjay Sacheti, Samir Desai, GK Sood, Mohan Narang, Vijay Iyengar, G Chandrashekar, Balram Yadav and Paras Bhudiraja, who encouraged him to take the entrepreneurial leap.
