Yasir Ahsan has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Mintways Technologies, following the decision of the company’s Board of Directors and Co-Founders. Bringing more than two decades of experience in software engineering, technology leadership, digital transformation, and enterprise product delivery, he will lead the organization’s strategic vision, business growth initiatives, technology innovation agenda, and global expansion efforts.
A seasoned technology executive, Yasir has built a distinguished career spanning product development, software architecture, delivery management, stakeholder engagement, agile transformation, organizational leadership, and large-scale technology modernization. Throughout his professional journey, he has successfully led high-performing global teams, delivered complex enterprise transformation programs, and enabled organizations to align technology investments with long-term business objectives.
Prior to this appointment, Yasir served as Technical Director at Wissen Technology, where he was responsible for driving technology strategy, delivery excellence, organizational capability building, and innovation initiatives. Earlier, he served as Executive Director at Morgan Stanley, leading large-scale transformation programs, technology modernization initiatives, and globally distributed teams across investment banking and financial services functions. His leadership contributed to technology innovation, operational excellence, workforce optimization, and the successful execution of strategic business priorities.
Before Morgan Stanley, Yasir spent nearly twelve years as Vice President at J.P. Morgan, where he held leadership responsibilities across investment banking, asset and wealth management, risk, compliance, and corporate technology functions. Earlier in his career, he built a strong foundation in software engineering, enterprise application development, and technology delivery.
