Kaushallendra Kumar has been appointed as Assistant Vice President at KYZO (Khidki Homes), where he will work closely with the founders at the intersection of technology, supply chain, and customer experience. In this role, he will contribute to KYZO’s mission of reimagining construction material procurement for construction professionals by building faster, technology-enabled, and more reliable supply chain solutions across categories such as plywood, laminates, adhesives, hardware, and other building materials.
With more than 15 years of experience spanning product management, supply chain transformation, digital innovation, and technology-led business growth, Kaushallendra has established himself as a leader in building scalable platforms that create measurable business impact. An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and recipient of the prestigious Aditya Birla Scholarship, he combines deep expertise in supply chain processes with strong capabilities in digital transformation, artificial intelligence, analytics, and go-to-market strategy.
Prior to joining KYZO, Kaushallendra served as Group Product Manager at Infra.Market, where he led large-scale product and technology initiatives across multiple business categories, driving AI-powered revenue growth, sales enablement, credit intelligence, and customer engagement platforms that supported a multi-billion-rupee business. Earlier, he served as Senior Product Manager at UltraTech Cement, where he played a pivotal role in the company’s digital transformation journey by building industry-leading platforms for dealers, influencers, logistics, and homebuyers, earning recognition through the Best Digital Transformation Award at the Aditya Birla Awards.
Earlier in his career, Kaushallendra was part of the Aditya Birla Group Leadership Program, gaining cross-functional exposure across retail, analytics, logistics, and operations. Prior to that, he served as Senior IT Manager at Tata Steel, where he led supply chain planning and optimization initiatives supporting one of the largest expansion programs in the Indian steel industry, while delivering significant business impact through analytics, production optimization, and process transformation.
In addition to his corporate leadership journey, Kaushallendra also serves as Visiting Faculty at Indian Institute of Management Ranchi, where he engages with students and professionals on subjects including platform business models, go-to-market strategy, supply chain planning, and AI in product management. His appointment at KYZO reflects the company’s commitment to building a technology-first organization focused on transforming the construction materials ecosystem through innovation, speed, and customer-centricity.
