Saurabh Mishra has joined Publicis Groupe as Vice President and Head of People Analytics, bringing nearly two decades of experience in workforce analytics, data transformation, predictive modelling, and AI-powered talent intelligence. In his new role, he will lead the organization’s people analytics strategy, helping transform workforce data into actionable insights that support strategic talent and business decisions.
An award-winning People Analytics leader, Saurabh has architected and scaled enterprise-wide workforce intelligence capabilities for global organizations employing more than 450,000 people. He brings deep expertise in analytics automation, data engineering, predictive and prescriptive analytics, workforce planning, data visualization, and HR data governance. A recipient of the Nelson Mandela International Achiever Award, he is recognized for converting complex people data into strategic insights that drive executive and board-level decision-making.
Prior to joining Publicis Groupe, Saurabh served as Director – People Solutions Transformation and Data Analytics at Concentrix, where he architected an enterprise AI analytics ecosystem for 450,000 employees across more than 40 countries. He also led the deployment of AI-driven automation and predictive analytics solutions that significantly improved executive decision-making and workforce intelligence capabilities.
Earlier, he held leadership positions at TIAA as Director – Workforce Analytics and at Publicis Sapient as Senior Manager – Talent Analytics, where he led large-scale analytics transformations, built predictive workforce planning models, and established enterprise-wide people analytics platforms. His career also includes key roles at ACS – A Xerox Company, Barclays Shared Services, and Hewitt Associates, where he developed deep expertise in HR technology, workforce planning, business analytics, and organizational intelligence.
