InvokHR Strengthens its Ecosystem with the Launch of Invok Business Solutions; Vinay Nijhawan Appointed Co-Founder & Director
InvokHR has announced the launch of Invok Business Solutions (InvokBiz) India, a dedicated global execution arm designed to help organizations navigate cross-border growth, market entry, and HR transformation at scale. As part of this strategic expansion, Vinay Nijhawan has been appointed as Co-Founder and Director of Invok Business Solutions, bringing with him more than three decades of experience across global HR leadership, entrepreneurship, and organizational advisory.
InvokHR and InvokBiz operate as complementary entities within the Invok ecosystem, sharing the same founding team, values, and client relationships. While InvokHR continues to focus on people strategy and advisory, InvokBiz will provide execution depth across GCC Advisory & India Entry, Global Hiring & Recruitment as a Solution (RaaSo), and Global HR Tech & AI Transformation. Together, the two organizations aim to offer clients an integrated partnership spanning strategic advisory and business execution.
Vinay joins InvokBiz with an accomplished track record of building and scaling businesses globally. Prior to this appointment, he was part of the founding team at Skuad, where he played a pivotal role in scaling global workforce operations across more than 100 countries before the company’s acquisition by Payoneer. Earlier, he served as Head of Human Resources at MoveInSync, the world’s largest platform for managing employee commute and workplace operations. He also co-founded PurpleLeap, a hybrid learning EdTech venture that grew to serve over 50,000 learners annually before being acquired by Pearson.
Earlier in his career, Vinay held key leadership positions at Talisma, where he helped build one of India’s pioneering global product organizations. Over the years, he has consistently demonstrated expertise in scaling businesses, building high-performing teams, and driving organizational transformation across geographies. An alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur with an MBA in Human Resources and Industrial Relations, he combines entrepreneurial vision with deep operational and people leadership expertise.
