Patni Enterprises has appointed Kulbir Singh as Chief Executive Officer and Board Member of Context66, its AI-native Context Engineering company focused on engineering context to power the next generation of enterprise AI solutions. In this leadership role, Kulbir will drive the company’s business vision, growth strategy, market development, client partnerships, and enterprise engagement while strengthening Context66’s position as a trusted partner for organizations accelerating their AI and digital transformation journeys.
Kulbir brings more than 25 years of experience working with enterprise organizations, senior technology leaders, business executives, investors, and transformation partners across the technology ecosystem. Throughout his career, he has built a strong reputation for driving enterprise growth through strategic partnerships, customer-centric solutions, and large-scale digital transformation initiatives. At Context66, he will focus on building long-term client relationships, shaping market strategy, and expanding the company’s capabilities across data modernization, AI adoption, architecture transformation, and intelligent operations.
Prior to this appointment, Kulbir served as VP & Head of Enterprise Sales – Tech & Digital Business Unit, North America at Capgemini, where he led enterprise growth initiatives, strategic partnerships, and digital transformation programs for leading organizations across the region. Earlier at Capgemini, he served as Vice President – Software, Platform & Marketplace Head for North America. He also continues to serve as Executive Advisor at ExperientialEtc, contributing strategic guidance on business growth and innovation.
Before joining Capgemini, Kulbir spent nearly a decade with Cognizant, where he held leadership roles including Associate Vice President – Portfolio Leader, Senior Director & Client Partner – Portfolio Leader, Director, Associate Director – Relationship Management, Global Program Lead, and Deputy General Manager & Site Delivery Head. Earlier, he held leadership positions at Sutherland Global Services as Business Director – Service Delivery, Program Manager, and Operations Manager. His career also includes roles at Dell Technologies, Aditya Birla Minacs Worldwide Ltd., and Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, reflecting a diverse professional journey spanning technology, enterprise services, customer engagement, and business operations.
