Abhishek Joshi has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer at KLAY Preschools and Daycare, where he will lead the organization’s next phase of growth and help build India’s most comprehensive early childhood ecosystem. In his new role, he will strengthen KLAY’s integrated proposition across learning, care, and parenting support while expanding access to high-quality early childhood education nationwide. His appointment marks a significant milestone as KLAY accelerates its vision of creating an “All Things Child” ecosystem for Indian families.
With over two decades of leadership experience, Abhishek has built and scaled some of India’s most trusted consumer brands. Prior to joining KLAY, he served as Senior Vice President & Business Head – Offline at Licious, where he established the company’s offline retail business from the ground up. Earlier, he spent nearly five years with Domino’s India (Jubilant FoodWorks) as Vice President – Operations (South Region), leading a ₹1,500 crore business across 530 stores and driving digital transformation, operational excellence, and customer-centric growth.
Before that, Abhishek spent nearly a decade at Hindustan Unilever, progressing through leadership roles including National Sales Manager, National Account Manager, Customer Development Manager, Regional Alliances Manager, and Area Sales & Customer Development Manager. He began his leadership journey at Amul (GCMMF) as Area Sales Manager, where he built strong expertise in sales, category building, distribution expansion, customer development, and business transformation. With deep experience across FMCG, retail, food service, and consumer businesses, Abhishek is well positioned to lead KLAY’s mission of shaping the future of early childhood education in India.
