Aditi Chhibber has been appointed as Senior Director, Head of Solutioning, Visa Direct, CEMEA at Visa. In her new role, she will lead solutioning for Visa Direct across the CEMEA region, driving the development of innovative money movement solutions that enable faster, more seamless, and accessible payment experiences for businesses and consumers across diverse markets.
Aditi brings extensive experience in digital payments, cross-border money movement, and product leadership. Throughout her career, she has remained focused on building payment solutions that simplify the movement of money, from domestic payment ecosystems to global cross-border networks. Her expertise in product strategy, digital banking, and payment innovation makes her well-positioned to support Visa’s continued growth across the region.
Before joining Visa, Aditi served as Head of Product – Business Payments at Thunes, where she led product strategy for cross-border business payments and helped build next-generation payment solutions for financial institutions, fintechs, and businesses worldwide. During her tenure, she played a key role in advancing products that enabled faster, smarter, and more efficient global payment experiences.
Earlier in her career, Aditi spent nearly four years at Standard Chartered Bank, where she held multiple Product roles across global and domestic emerging payments, contributing to initiatives involving cross-border payments, UPI, digital wallets, Apple Pay integration, and payment modernization. Prior to that, she built a strong foundation in digital banking and product management at Axis Bank, leading several consumer-focused digital banking and payments initiatives that strengthened her expertise in the financial services industry.
