Saandeep V. Dandekarr has been appointed as Founder & Managing Director of Megha-Tantra Advisors Pvt. Ltd., marking a new entrepreneurial chapter after an accomplished global leadership career spanning digital infrastructure, data centres, cloud technologies, procurement, engineering, and large-scale infrastructure development. Through Megha-Tantra Advisors, he aims to leverage his extensive ground-up experience, deep domain knowledge, and global network to deliver strategic advisory services across the complete digital infrastructure value chain, including Data Centres, Cloud Solutions (CPU & GPU), and allied technologies. His vision is to provide clients with trusted, fact-based, no-frills advisory focused on clarity, value creation, and sustainable growth. Alongside this role, he also serves as Executive Director at METADECRYPT AI ATLAS -UAE, contributing to the evolving across geographies AI & digital infrastructure ecosystem.
Prior to founding Megha-Tantra Advisors, Saandeep spent almost a decade and a half with NTT Global Data Centers and Cloud Infrastructure, India, where he served in a senior role across India & APAC, leading multiple responsibilities across the complete lifecycle of data centres, managed services, and cloud infrastructure. During his career, he also served as Country Head – India at Bridge Data Centres, Vice President (Head – Global Procurement & Global Travel) at Syntel Inc., General Manager – Contracts at K Raheja Corp, and General Manager – Procurement & Contracts (EPC) at Reliance, driving excellence, strategy in complex and high scale high paced projects from planning to execution, infrastructure development, commercial operations.
Earlier in his international career, Saandeep held leadership positions with SNC-Lavalin, Dubai Aluminium (DUBAL), and Al Tajir Glass Industries LLC, where he led techno-commercial responsibilities, transformation, management of complex contracts, logistics for and major projects across the UAE and the Middle East. He also worked with Electronica International as Manager – International Business, driving market expansion across South Africa, Zimbabwe, and the Middle East, while earlier assignments with GE, Consolidated Contractors International Company (Yemen Oil Project), and Thermax Limited helped build his strong foundation in Marketing, Exports, Procurement – Supply chain & logistics, and project execution. With more than three and a half decades of global leadership experience, Saandeep brings an exceptional blend of strategic advisory, operational excellence, digital infrastructure expertise, and commercial leadership to Megha-Tantra Advisors.
