Ramkishore R has been appointed as AVP – HR & IR, Heading Garments Business at Arvind Limited. In this leadership role, he will lead the Human Resources and Industrial Relations function for the Garments Business, driving people strategy, organizational capability, workforce engagement, and industrial relations while supporting business transformation and sustainable growth. Prior to joining Arvind Limited, Ramkishore served as ER Head India at Coats, where he was selected by the executive leadership team to stabilize and transform HR and Employee Relations operations during a complex restructuring phase across six manufacturing plants. Earlier, he was HR Head India Manufacturing at General Mills India, leading HR governance, compliance, capability building, culture transformation, digitized HR practices, and supporting the expansion of a multi-plant manufacturing network. He also spent four years at Reckitt, progressing through the roles of Assistant Manager – Human Resources and Factory HR Manager, leading HR, IR, compliance, restructuring, workforce stability, and employee engagement initiatives across multiple manufacturing facilities.
Across these organizations, he built extensive expertise in industrial relations, HR transformation, statutory compliance, employee engagement, workforce planning, organizational development, manufacturing HR, leadership capability, and business partnering while supporting large-scale manufacturing operations.
