Priya Raj Shetty has been appointed as Director – HR at VDart Digital, where she will lead the organization’s people strategy, driving talent management, employee engagement, organizational development, and a high-performance workplace culture.
With over 14 years of experience in human resources and people operations, Priya brings deep expertise in HR business partnering, talent strategy, change management, leadership development, and culture transformation. Before joining VDart Digital, she served as Senior Manager – HR at Velocity Fincrime Suite. Earlier, she held key HR leadership roles at Neurealm, Photon Interactive, Consolidated Analytics, IDC Technologies, and Hinduja Global Solutions, where she played an instrumental role in strengthening HR frameworks, aligning people strategies with business goals, and building high-performing teams.
In her new role at VDart Digital, Priya will focus on strengthening the organization’s people-first culture, enhancing talent capabilities, driving employee experience initiatives, and supporting the company’s continued growth through strategic HR leadership.
