Prateek Bajpai has been appointed as Assistant Vice President – Business Development at InterviewBit, where he will lead business development, revenue growth, and strategic sales initiatives. In his new role, he will focus on strengthening the company’s sales strategy, expanding client relationships, and driving sustainable business growth while supporting InterviewBit’s continued expansion.
Before joining InterviewBit, Prateek spent over 12 years at Jaro Education, most recently serving as Assistant Vice President. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in driving revenue expansion, developing go-to-market strategies, strengthening client partnerships, and leading high-performing sales operations. He also collaborated closely with cross-functional teams to execute business growth initiatives and enhance organizational performance.
Throughout his journey at Jaro Education, Prateek progressed through several leadership positions, including Chief Manager, Senior Manager, Branch Manager, Deputy Branch Manager, Manager, Assistant Manager – Sales, and Career Development Executive. Across these roles, he contributed significantly to business development, branch expansion, sales strategy, leadership hiring, operational excellence, and team development, consistently driving commercial growth and organizational success.
Earlier in his career, Prateek served as Deputy Manager at Sunquest Power Pvt. Ltd., where he built a strong foundation in business operations and team management. With extensive experience in revenue leadership, strategic sales, business development, and organizational growth, Prateek brings a proven track record that further strengthens InterviewBit’s leadership team.
