Sayajirao Navadkar has been appointed as Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Kama Jewelry, a leading B2B jewelry manufacturer, diamond jewelry exporter, and global jewelry exporter. In his new leadership role, he will spearhead the company’s technology strategy with a strong focus on AI-enabled technology applications, digital transformation, information security, ERP modernization, enterprise IT infrastructure, and technology-driven innovation to support Kama Jewelry’s continued growth and global expansion.
With more than 21 years of leadership experience in Information Technology, Sayajirao brings extensive expertise across IT strategy, AI-enabled technology applications, ERP implementation, cybersecurity, digital transformation, IT infrastructure, business intelligence, IT governance, disaster recovery, and technology-led operational
excellence. Prior to joining Kama Jewelry, he served as Head of Information Technology at Greenply Samet Pvt. Ltd., where he led enterprise IT strategy, IFS ERP implementation, cybersecurity, infrastructure modernization, business continuity, disaster recovery, vendor management, technology procurement, and IT governance. During his tenure, he successfully optimized infrastructure initiatives, delivering significant cost savings while aligning technology with business growth objectives.
Earlier, Sayajirao spent nearly two decades with Spark Minda as Head – Corporate IT of Electronics & Electrical Business, Tech Center & SAP, where he led several large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives. His accomplishments included establishing a state-of-the-art Technology Center, implementing SAP ERP across multiple business units, consolidating enterprise applications, deploying Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), driving Industry 4.0 initiatives, implementing Oracle FCCS, business analytics platforms, engineering change management systems, Microsoft PowerApps-based goal management solutions, and enterprise-wide digital transformation programs. Before Spark Minda, he began his professional journey with Sellcraft Softech Pvt. Ltd. as System Administrator, where he built his expertise across IT infrastructure, network administration, cybersecurity, system upgrades, disaster recovery, and enterprise technology support.
An MBA from IIM Kozhikode, with a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science & Engineering and a Diploma in Computer Engineering, Sayajirao has also completed professional certifications in Project Management and Information Security, including training related to the Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) program. With his extensive cross-industry experience spanning manufacturing, automotive, enterprise technology, ERP, cybersecurity, AI, and digital transformation, Sayajirao Navadkar is well-positioned to lead Kama Jewelry’s technology vision and strengthen its position as a leading global jewelry manufacturer and exporter.
