Sojanya Tripathi has been elevated to the role of Associate Director – Technology at KPMG India. In his new position, he serves as Business Relationship Manager for multiple service lines, leads enterprise digital transformation initiatives, and heads the Centre of Excellence for the OutSystems low-code platform.
He joined KPMG India as Manager – Technology in 2022, where he led service delivery, managed cross-functional technology teams, and oversaw business-critical applications across diverse technology stacks, while driving development, support, and governance initiatives.
Prior to KPMG India, he spent over eight years at HCLTech, progressing through roles including Technical Lead, Senior Technical Lead, and Project Manager — leading global technology delivery, finance applications, and multi-country teams. Earlier, he built a strong foundation at WINIT Software (Win Information Technology Pvt Ltd), advancing from Software Engineer to Project Lead and delivering enterprise solutions across .NET, Java, mobile, and web technologies for leading global clients.
With nearly 18 years of experience in technology leadership, digital transformation, project management, and enterprise application delivery, he has closely engaged with organizations such as PACT Group, Nokia, Jet Airways, MARS, Jazeera Airways, Air Arabia, and Aviva Life Insurance, among others. He brings deep expertise in low-code platforms, service delivery, and technology modernization, and his elevation reflects KPMG India’s confidence in his ability to lead strategic technology initiatives and drive innovation at scale.
