Dr. Yogesh Misra has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Thomas Assessments & People Metrics, part of the ₹2,000+ crore CIEL HR Group. In his new role, he will lead the organization’s growth strategy, talent intelligence initiatives, leadership solutions, people analytics offerings, and AI-enabled workforce transformation agenda, further strengthening its position as a trusted partner for data-driven people decisions and enterprise growth.
Dr. Misra has been associated with Thomas Assessments for over two decades, most recently serving as Chief Business Officer, where he led enterprise-wide talent science, leadership assessment, and people metrics initiatives. Prior to that, he held key leadership positions including Vice President, Head of Consulting, and Head – Northern Region, playing a pivotal role in expanding the company’s consulting capabilities and strengthening its leadership assessment practice. He also served as Vice President & Head of Consulting at People Metrics, another CIEL HR Group company.
With more than 25 years of experience in talent science, leadership development, psychometric assessment, and people analytics, Dr. Misra has partnered with over 2,000 organizations across 25 countries, advising business leaders on leadership selection, succession planning, workforce transformation, and organizational capability building. Beyond his corporate leadership, he has also served as President of the Delhi Management Association (DMA), contributing significantly to the advancement of professional management practices. As CEO, Dr. Misra will focus on accelerating innovation across talent intelligence, expanding the company’s market presence, and delivering advanced leadership and workforce solutions that help organizations make better people decisions while driving long-term business growth
