optimization, and large-scale project risk evaluation. His experience spans diverse sectors
including Renewable energy, Mining, Infrastructure, and Industrial engineering. He has
consistently demonstrated the ability to improve performance, enhance reliability, and
implement technology-driven frameworks that boost productivity and sustainability.
He brings specialized expertise in Mega project, Claims management, Commercial risk
assessment, Contract administration, and Surety bonds—skills that help organizations navigate
complex contractual landscapes and maximize value across project lifecycles. His work on
advanced energy projects, including Pumped storage projects, further reinforces his capacity to
lead technically demanding, high-value initiatives.
Throughout his career, Hemaprasad has successfully led efforts to scale business operations,
adopt innovative technologies, optimize workflows, and build strong, high-performing teams. His
ability to integrate engineering insight, project management, and business strategy has
consistently driven measurable outcomes.
As COO, Hemaprasad will oversee NOVO’s operational strategy, strengthen execution
