Throughout his career, he has helped global financial institutions modernize analytics capabilities, leverage AI to improve business outcomes, and build high-performing teams that deliver measurable value.
Prior to joining Tiger Analytics, Vineet served as Vice President at EXL, where he led analytics and AI transformation initiatives for leading global financial institutions. He played a key role in scaling analytics delivery, strengthening strategic client partnerships, and enabling organizations to accelerate their adoption of AI and data-driven decision making.
Earlier in his career, Vineet held leadership roles at Royal Bank of Scotland, where he contributed to enterprise analytics and data-driven business optimization. He also built a strong foundation in consulting, process excellence, and business operations through his experience at Genpact and Honeywell.
