In her new role, she will focus on strengthening Scholastic India’s market presence while driving integrated marketing campaigns that support the organization’s continued growth in the education and publishing sector.
With over 16 years of experience across international beauty brands, industrial manufacturing, and consumer businesses, Sugandha has built a distinguished career in strategic marketing, brand development, product launches, communications, and business transformation. Her appointment reflects Scholastic India’s commitment to strengthening its marketing leadership with a professional who has consistently delivered impactful brand-building and growth initiatives across diverse industries.
Prior to joining Scholastic India, Sugandha served as General Manager – Marketing at myTVS Accessories. Earlier, she spent over six years with Stanvac Prime as Head – Marketing & Communications, where she successfully scaled personal care and home care brands including Stanfresh and Adigo, developed private label brands, and led marketing initiatives for StarBlaze welding products. Her career also includes
leadership roles at KOSÉ Corporation, where she led marketing for the Japanese skincare brand Spawake in India, as well as positions at JUVALIA Sales Private Limited, Mary Kay Global, Ozone Ayurvedics, and ADI Media Pvt. Ltd., giving her extensive exposure to brand management, digital marketing, product strategy, and integrated marketing communications.
