Shailender Singh Naruka has been appointed as Group Chief Executive Officer at Current Infraprojects Limited, marking a significant leadership milestone for the organization. Bringing over 24 years of global leadership experience, Mr.Naruka joins the company with extensive expertise in strategic business growth, innovation, and operational excellence.
In his new role, he will lead the entire group companies’s next phase of business expansions , driving sustainable growth while strengthening its position in the evolving hybrid energy sectors .
Prior to joining Current Infraprojects Limited, Mr.Naruka served as Chief Sales & Marketing Officer at ASP Renewable, where he played a pivotal role in advancing the company’s renewable energy initiatives and strengthening its market presence. Before that, he was Chief Business Officer – Renewable Energy Business at Onix Renewable, leading strategic business development efforts and accelerating growth across the renewable energy portfolio.
Earlier in his career, Mr.Naruka held several key SMP positions across renowned organizations. At Jakson Group, he managed Key Accounts – Sales & Marketing for Corporates before taking on the role of Deputy General Manager – Corporate & Government Business, where he led strategic corporate and government engagements. He also served as Head of Corporate Sales, Tender & Government Business at Maxbros Ventures India Limited , Head Corporate Sales & Services – Operations at GSP Power Projects , Manager– Customer Care at Hutchisson Essar Cellular Limited, and began his professional journey with Eltek, a brand of Delta, gaining valuable experience across operations, customer engagement, and business development management .
