Rakhi Shukla has been elevated to Head HR | Domestic Home Textile & Flooring Business at Welspun Living Limited, marking an important milestone in her HR leadership journey. In her expanded role, she will lead the people strategy for the Domestic Home Textile & Flooring Business, driving talent development, organizational effectiveness, HR business partnering, employee engagement, and strategic workforce initiatives.
Rakhi’s journey at Welspun has been defined by consistent progression and expanding responsibilities. She joined as Lead Sales HRBP, before taking on the broader Lead HRBP – Sales & Enabling Functions portfolio. Her mandate subsequently expanded to include Talent Acquisition, followed by her appointment as Interim Head HR – Domestic Business, where she led the complete HR function and ensured business continuity. Her performance and leadership during this period led to her elevation as Head HR for the Domestic Home Textile & Flooring Business.
Prior to Welspun, Rakhi served as Senior Manager – Commercial HR & Talent Acquisition at Lactalis Group, managing Commercial/Sales HRBP, talent acquisition, talent management, and development. Earlier, she was HR Manager at Bajaj Processpack Limited, where she worked across talent acquisition, onboarding, HR operations, performance management, training, employee engagement, HRIS, and administration. She began her HR career with Group Tech India Pvt. Ltd. as Senior Executive – Human Resources, building expertise across talent acquisition, training and development, employee relations, performance management, personnel management, HRIS, and administration.
With extensive experience across HR business partnering, talent acquisition, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness, Rakhi brings a strong blend of strategic HR thinking and business-focused leadership to her new mandate.
