Vnsh Sachdev has joined Roche as Vice President – Advanced & Precision Diagnostics, taking on the leadership of the A&P Diagnostics franchise. In this role, Vnsh Sachdev will lead a broad portfolio spanning 6 Business Areas: Molecular Diagnostics, Pathology Lab, Point of Care, Foundation Medicine, LumiraDx and Custom Biotech, with end-to-end P&L responsibility and leadership of a strong team.
The mandate brings together a differentiated portfolio of diagnostic businesses with reach across multiple points of the healthcare value chain, from B2B, hospitals and laboratories to emergency care, clinicians and patients. The breadth of the portfolio positions Vnsh Sachdev to drive growth across diverse diagnostic segments while strengthening the integration of businesses serving different healthcare needs.
Vnsh Sachdev brings experience across healthcare, diagnostics, medical devices and specialty chemicals. Prior to this appointment, his career has included leadership experience with IMCD Group, Siemens Healthineers, GE HealthCare and Cipla, where he has worked across enterprise accounts, regional markets and national sales organizations.
Across these organizations, Vnsh Sachdev has built and scaled teams, managed multi-business portfolios and led growth initiatives across complex markets. His experience also includes business turnarounds, market expansion, distributor and channel governance, as well as post-acquisition integration, providing a broad commercial and operational perspective to his new mandate at Roche.
In his new role, Vnsh Sachdev will focus on leading the A&P Diagnostics franchise across its diverse businesses and strengthening its impact across the healthcare ecosystem. His experience spanning IMCD Group, Siemens Healthineers, GE Healthcare and Cipla adds a cross-sector perspective as Roche continues to advance its diagnostics portfolio and healthcare solutions.
