Swarnava Banerjee has been appointed as Senior Account Director (Client Partner) at LTM Limited, bringing nearly two decades of experience in technology services, client leadership, programme management and strategic account growth. In his new role, he will leverage his expertise in building strategic client relationships, scaling engagements and driving sustainable business growth.
Prior to joining LTM Limited, Swarnava spent close to two decades at Cognizant, most recently serving as Account Director – Commercial. He led strategic enterprise accounts, scaled portfolios into multi-million-dollar engagements, managed financial performance and partnered with customers and ecosystem providers to deliver technology-led transformation. Earlier, he held roles including Engagement Manager / Customer Engagement Manager, Senior Service Delivery Manager, Programme Manager, Project Lead, Associate – Projects and Programmer Analyst.
During his journey, Swarnava drove complex programmes, mission-critical service delivery and large-scale technology engagements across the UK and Australia-linked education sector. He helped grow a key account from £600K to £12 million, while building strong customer relationships and delivering value-led solutions.
