Shubhlash Tiwari has been appointed Chief IR & Corporate Affairs Manager at OfBusiness, bringing over two decades of experience across human resources, industrial relations, employee relations, labour compliance, and corporate affairs. In his new role, he will focus on strengthening industrial relations, employee engagement, labour compliance, and stakeholder management.
Prior to joining OfBusiness, Shubhlash served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Hardeo Group, following leadership roles at Sanvijay Rolling & Engineering Limited, DS Group, and Standard Motors Private Limited. His career has spanned manufacturing, FMCG, and industrial sectors, giving him extensive exposure to workforce management, HR strategy, labour relations, and regulatory compliance.
Over the course of his career, Shubhlash has developed strong expertise in collective bargaining, grievance management, labour law, workforce planning, HR operations, employee relations, talent management, and corporate affairs. His experience includes managing complex industrial relations environments and partnering with business leadership to align people practices with organisational objectives.
