Manish Jain has moved to the role of Domain Head – Retail Liabilities, Internal Audit at IndusInd Bank, transitioning from his previous role in Process Transformation. Jain has been serving as an Executive Vice President at IndusInd Bank for the past three years, and this latest move marks a new chapter in his over two-decade career across banking, financial services, investments and insurance operations.
With 26 years of professional experience, Jain brings a diverse operational background spanning liabilities, investments and insurance. His experience includes seven years in Liabilities Operations, covering account opening, transaction processing, deposits operations, corporate salary processing and ATM reconciliation operations. He also brings six years of experience in Investments Operations, with expertise across mutual funds and fixed-income securities operations.
Jain further has eight years of experience in Insurance Operations, covering life insurance, general insurance and credit insurance. This broad exposure has enabled him to develop a strong understanding of operational processes across multiple segments of the financial services ecosystem, contributing to his growth across diverse leadership and operational roles.
Prior to and during his career journey, Jain has been associated with several prominent financial and business organizations, including RBL Bank (The Ratnakar Bank Ltd), Citibank India, ICICI Bank, ABN AMRO Bank N.V., and Times Internet Limited. His experience across these organizations has added depth to his expertise in banking operations, investments, insurance and financial services.
In his new role at IndusInd Bank, Jain will focus on Internal Audit Function in the Retail Liabilities Domain covering Retail Branch Network. Liabilities operations and Liabilities Product and Process. His movement into Internal Audit reflects the breadth of his experience and marks another significant chapter in a 26-year career spanning leading organizations across India’s financial services landscape.
