Sudhir Upadhyay has been elevated to Senior Management Personnel (SMP) at Radico Khaitan Limited, reinforcing the company’s leadership team as it continues to strengthen its premiumisation and growth strategy. In this expanded capacity, he will continue to contribute to the company’s nationwide sales agenda, driving revenue growth, strengthening market execution, expanding distribution capabilities, and supporting Radico Khaitan’s long-term business objectives.
Sudhir is serving as Chief Sales Officer at Radico Khaitan, having progressed through key leadership roles including Executive Vice President – All India Sales, Senior Vice President Sales, Vice President Sales, and Assistant Vice President Sales during his decade long journey with the company.
Before joining Radico Khaitan, Sudhir held senior leadership positions at Diageo India, Pernod Ricard India, and UB Group. Throughout his career, he has successfully led large-scale sales operations, distribution strategy, brand development, pricing, and commercial execution across multiple geographies, managing some of the industry’s most iconic beverage brands.
With nearly three decades of experience in the alcoholic beverages sector, Sudhir brings deep expertise in sales leadership, distribution, commercial strategy, and business growth across diverse markets.
