A seasoned transformation leader with over 25 years of experience, Sanjay has built a strong track record of driving large-scale business transformation, shaping growth strategies, and building trusted relationships with Fortune 500 clients. His experience spans BPO, Technology, and Consulting, with deep expertise across Technology, Media & Entertainment and Health & Life Sciences, among other industries.
Prior to joining Sutherland, Sanjay held senior leadership roles at Tech Mahindra, Infosys BPM, Arvato Bertelsmann, Accenture, and American Express, giving him a broad perspective across global operations, technology, transformation, and client leadership.
As enterprises accelerate their adoption of AI, digital transformation, and technology-led business models, Sanjay is well positioned to lead Sutherland’s Technology business into its next phase of growth and innovation.
