Sandeep S. has been elevated to Director P&O GBS at Novo Nordisk, marking a significant milestone in his leadership journey across HR operations, shared services, people transformation, and global service delivery. In this expanded leadership role, he brings extensive experience in building scalable, compliant, and high-quality people operations while driving operational excellence across complex global environments.
Prior to his elevation, Sandeep served as Associate Director for APAC Regional Service Centre at Novo Nordisk, where he led HR Operations and Shared Services across the APAC region. His responsibilities included strengthening shared services governance, service delivery models, HR platforms, employee lifecycle services, payroll, rewards, compliance, automation, and audit readiness while partnering with senior HR, Finance, and business leaders.
Earlier, Sandeep was Human Resources Operations Manager at Cloudtail India Private Limited – an Amazon JV, where he led HR Operations and Shared Services supporting thousands of employees and helped build a centralized shared services function. He also led payroll, compensation, compliance operations, and a major HRMS transformation. Before this, he served as Global HR Service Delivery Lead at Williams Lea, managing HR Shared Services delivery across EMEA, the US, and APAC and leading multi-region teams across employee services, talent acquisition operations, payroll support, learning administration, HR systems, analytics, and governance.
His professional journey also includes over a decade with Infosys BPO as Operations Manager, where he led large-scale HR Shared Services operations within a global delivery model and drove process standardization, automation, Six Sigma initiatives, workforce optimization, and service governance. He began his career at Mphasis as an MIS Analyst, building his foundation in reporting and data analysis.
