Rahul Kumar has joined USHA International as President – R&D, bringing an illustrious career spanning 25 years in global innovation and product development. In his new role, he will lead the company’s R&D vision and strategy, driving next-generation product innovation and strengthening USHA International’s position as a future-ready consumer durables leader.
Prior to joining USHA International, Rahul served as Global Head of R&D – WB & SDA at AB Electrolux, Sweden, where he led the global R&D charter for one of the world’s leading appliance majors.
Earlier, he held senior leadership positions at BSH Home Appliances and Whirlpool Corporation, where he played a key role in advancing technology, product excellence and global innovation strategies.
With extensive experience in R&D leadership, product innovation and technology development, Rahul is well positioned to drive USHA International’s next phase of innovation-led growth and strengthen its product portfolio in the evolving consumer durables landscape.
