Paras Sahni has joined KPMG India as Associate Director in the Healthcare Advisory practice, further strengthening the firm’s capabilities in healthcare consulting and advisory services.
Paras brings extensive experience across healthcare, infrastructure, public health and strategic advisory, having worked with leading organisations including EY, Grant Thornton Bharat, Feedback Infra and SREI Infrastructure Finance. Over the years, he has advised on large healthcare and infrastructure development projects, public health programs, PPP transactions, medical supply chain optimization, and business strategy and transformation initiatives across both public and private sectors.
His experience combines strategic consulting with hands-on execution, enabling him to deliver impactful solutions across complex healthcare ecosystems. He has worked across diverse mandates spanning healthcare infrastructure, policy advisory, operational transformation and stakeholder management.
At KPMG in India, Paras will work alongside Lalit Mistry, Partner and Co-head, Healthcare, to support the growth of the Healthcare Advisory practice and strengthen the firm’s engagement across the evolving healthcare landscape.
