Anupriya Bhatt has been elevated to Associate Vice President – Human Resources at HDFC Life, marking a significant progression in her two-decade-plus HR leadership journey. She brings extensive expertise across HR business partnering, talent acquisition, talent management, capability building, employee engagement, retention, performance management, workforce planning, and leadership development.
Anupriya has built a long-standing career with HDFC Life, progressing through roles including Associate Vice President, Chief Manager Human Resources, and Regional Executive HR. Prior to and alongside her HDFC Life journey, she has held key HR roles at Exide Life Insurance and Indiabulls, where she led HR strategy, business partnering, talent management, performance management, organisational development, and HR operations.
Earlier in her career, Anupriya worked with IBM and IBM India Limited in recruitment leadership roles covering Finance, Business Transformation, IT, HR, Marketing Communications, and Software Development. She also served as Manager HR at HMV Saregama India Ltd / Saregama India Limited, handling talent acquisition, retention, learning and development, performance management, culture building, and employee engagement.
Anupriya began her HR career with DESCON, progressing from Management Trainee/Executive-HR to Junior Executive Human Resources, before moving to HDFC Life. With more than 20 years of experience and a strong focus on building future-ready talent, developing leaders, creating inclusive workplaces, and enabling business growth through people, she brings a strategic and business-aligned approach to her expanded role at HDFC Life.
